In this step, you need to click on the Add Files option and add two or more files you are willing to merge.

Other Options Available

Except for the Add Files option, you will see other options too, what are they:

  • Add Files: Lets you add your PST files.
  • Remove Files: Allows you to remove any unwanted file you which you have mistakenly added.
  • Merge: Select it if you want to merge multiple PSTs in a single folder.
  • Join: Select it if you want to merge multiple PST files in a single PST but as different folders.

In this step, you need to select your option requirement after adding the files. Here, we are opting for Merge. Click on Next to proceed.
