LG is fortunate enough to have Android 4.4 KitKat on board from the end of this January, the company will be releasing the devices with latest OS soon for LG, G2, G pad 8.3 and G flex, whereas Samsung and HTC has already claimed for the roll out update for their devices.

Android has changed a lot since last two years and fortunately with lots of change in its version and features since than Android is gaining a massive loyal following throughout the globe. Although we know Google introduces its new OS version’s through the flagship devices and therefore another device owner from third party manufacturers will have to wait for the rollout of the update.
LG Saudi Arabia tweeted about the rollout of the update to its newer devices, however the tweet was deleted by them. Meanwhile, Android user in South Korea has already started receiving updates, However LG has not officially announced in other regions. Although LG has promised to roll out the KitKat update by the first quarter of 2014, while they even say that some of the region may have the update later than the last week of January and rest is expected to make it till the first quarter deadline. The Luckily LG G2 would be getting an Android 4.4 KitKat update before the month of January.
Android 4.4 KitKat offers a good range of improvement with the performance, including immersive mode- Full Screen, a better switching to default messenger and email handling and much lucid interface with slightly different status bar, and menu bar, altogether it will give a new look and a wow factor to new devices.
Other devices that will be getting Android 4.4 KitKat by the first quarter of 2014 are Optimus F3, Optimus F6, G Pad 8.3, G Flex, G Pro Lite and many more. However, we should keep calm and wait for official announcements.
