I have been using the exact same model for a month now and it usually lasts 6 to 7 hours (wifi, videos, camera on). When I don’t use any of those and also remove the mouse and only use the trackpad, I get around 7.5 to 8.5 hours of battery time. Not bad.

This is great! I think this is what most people on the go has been waiting for. A 10.5 battery life would really make one’s travel efficient. For me, the charger is one of the things I hate to bring while on the go. It’s really heavy and also takes up a lot of space in my bag. So I see this 10 hour battery life as one of the best features a notebook should have. Well, I guess this notebook gives another sense to the word “portable.” I just hope that Asus is not overstating the capacity of this unit’s battery.
